Lee Park Care Ministry is made up of these teams:

Prayer Team

Every member of the Lee Park Care Ministry is a member of the Prayer Team. Weekly prayer list goes out for them to pray for our Lee Park family and daily updates are given as provided.   

At-Home / Card Team

Sends cards of encouragement, get well, sympathy, to those on our prayer list who are at home. They also make weekly/monthly calls to check on these so we can keep our prayer list updated. 

Encouragement Basket Team

Makes beautiful baskets of goodies of encouragement for those going through a difficult time. They work with our Grief Care team and send baskets to those who have lost a loved one. 

Shut-in/Homebound Team

Looks after our Lee Park Church members who are confined to their home through calls, cards and visits as permitted. 

Hospital Team

Cares for our Lee Park Church members, regular attendees, and sometimes family members in the hospital through calls and sometimes visits if permitted. This is a weekly rotating team.

Meal Team

Provides a meal to Lee Park Church members, or their families, who are dealing with health issues, or grief and bereavement.

Grief Care Team

Gives support to Lee Park Church members who are grieving the loss of a loved one through calls, cards, encouragement baskets and other support as needed. 

Loss of Spouse Team

Takes care of our Lee Park Church members who have experienced the loss of their spouse through calls, meals, holiday gifts and visits. 

Nursing Home Team (includes Assisted Living and Rehab Facilities)

Loves on our Lee Park Church members, regular attendees, and sometimes family members in nursing homes through calls, cards and visits when permitted. 

Leads a monthly Sunday worship service at some centers and plays monthly Bingo at some centers. Cares for those who attend through their visits as permitted and holiday gifts. 

The Lee Park Care Ministry is led by Pastor David Price, Tim & Sarah Richards, Nancy Janes 

with many, many, many wonderful volunteers!

Prayer Liaison: Each discipleship class/small group has a prayer liaison who will let Care know if there is a prayer need of someone in your class. Also if Care knows of someone in your class with a prayer need they will share with that person for the class.
