Discipleship Classes

At Community Church we believe fellowship, and learning together is an important part of our growth as Christians.

We currently offer the following opportunities to connect with others in our church family that cover a variety of topics and age groups.

10:00 am Sunday Morning Classes:

Children, Led by Paula Fox and Donna Hudson, Located downstairs of the Sanctuary. Community Kids in grades K-5 participate in age appropriate worship, lessons, games and more.

Youth, Led by Kris and Jenifer Pennigar,
Located downstairs of the Sanctuary. Community Youth serves grades 6-12 and includes age appropriate and relevant lessons to this age group.

Young Adults, Led by Dustin and Summer Motsinger,
Located in the Fellowship Hall. This class serves a wide range of adults: young families, single parents, parents of elementary to high school kids. Fun social gatherings bring families together and lead to a great support system in this group.

Esther's Empty Nesters, Led by Joe and Kathy Pennigar,
Located in the Room to the Left of the Choir Loft. If you're caring for older parents, have grown adult children, or even grandchildren, and enjoy a smaller class size, Esther's Empty Nesters may be a great fit for you.

True Believers, Led by Clay Eudy and Jeff Huneycutt,
Located in the Room to the Right of the Choir Loft. This group of senior adults discuss topics relevant to the retirement season of life. The KJV is the choice of translation among those who attend this class.

Ladies Ministry, Community's Ladies Ministry
Led by Kelly Keziah

Our ladies provide Bible Study sessions periodically throughout the year, and also host fellowship events as well as serve in the community.

Men's Ministry, Community Men's Ministry
Led by Josh McMillan

Community Men meet for an 8:30 breakfast fellowship and Bible study on the 1st Sunday each month at 200 North restaurant. They are also active and serve in the local community.
